In 2010, Mégane and Bastien Favre opened a passage to Africa, in the old town of Angoulême. In their Safari restaurant, everything is an invitation to set off on a journey of discovery, from the decor to the menu. The artwork on the walls and a zebra motif on the bar will transport you to the savannah. Many original dishes are on offer, such as gnu, kangaroo and blesbuck (a South African gazelle), served with sweet potato chips and you can choose from among the typical South African wines: give your tastebuds a trip to remember.
