Situated in the ancient Palais des ducs de Lorraine (Palace of the Dukes of Lorraine), the Musée Lorrain retraces the principal stages of Lorraine history. It's a journey which will take you from the Pre-historic period to the Renaissance with a collection of sculptures and bas-reliefs, and from the 17th to the 20th century with its evocation of wars, everyday life and great literary figures of Lorraine.The rooms devoted to the history of science, the Lorraine School of the miniature and to Jewish religion are all worth a visit.
