The Brasserie at Publicis Drugstore

Overlooking the most beautiful avenue in the world, the Champs-Elysées, the brasserie at Publicis Drugstore has gone green. In 2008, a 100m² flourishing garden terrace was developed. Matali Crasset is responsible for the decoration: planting living artwork in an evolving greenhouse.

On the menu, traditional brasserie style dishes (steak tartare, salade niçoise, rice pudding) sit alongside creations which feature greenery to reflect the setting. You can choose from a club sandwich with spinach, crab, curry, avocado and shoots, or an orange version with carrots.
