Chasse Spleen

Mystery surrounds the origin of the name of a wine which is produced at Moulis en Médoc: is it Lord Byron, is it Baudelaire, is it Odilon Redon who christened it Chasse-spleen.

This Grenoble restaurant has made up its mind and furthermore its wine and regional specialities heap further honour onto Baudelaire.

As a result, the dishes seem to be soaked in the unconscious mimicry of poetry, like the Royan ravioli with hints of the countryside in its nettle cream or the Parmesan tartlet brightened up with a ray of tapenade.

If you love wine and fine dining, you will be in your element here.
