The site of the Bastille has been connected to Grenoble since 1934 by what was the first urban cable car in Europe. After a spectacular ascent of just a few minutes in "The Bubbles", you reach the panoramic terraces, trails for exploring the fortifications, relaxation and eating areas as well as paths for walkers and runners.
An unmissable site that also affords views over the city and surrounding mountains.
