From the refectory dating from the Middle Ages to the seventeenth and eighteenth century buildings, passing through a magnificent garden planted with vines, an orchard, and ruins (those of the old infirmary built between the twelfth and fourteenth centuries), it contains elements of Roman, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture.
