In Bruges, at the brasserie De Halve Maan, we're looking at the history of a family of six generations of brewery owners. From as early as 1856, they have been brewing beer in a traditional manner to obtain a nectar of high quality. The musée de la brasserie(museum of brewing) introduces this long tradition to the visitor whilst familiarising him with malt and hops. On the same spot a tavern even offers regional dishes as well as a cuisine using beer.
